What not to submit

• Do not enter Social Security numbers.
• Do not enter passport numbers.
• Do not enter alien registration numbers unless a secure, specifically authorized workflow requires it.
• Do not upload unredacted identity documents.
• Do not enter payment-card information in the AI chat.

How we protect your data

• Detected sensitive identifiers are redacted before anything is logged.
• Conversation content is excluded from analytics.
• Conversation retention rules are configurable by the administrator.
• You can delete any conversation at any time from your workspace.
• You can request full account deletion through Contact Support.
• Customer conversations are never used for public demonstrations.
